Health & Fitness Consultation
FitnessMatt offers a complimentary health and fitness consultation for anyone who is interested. I will evaluate your lifestyle, medical history, current fitness-level, goal assessment, muscular imbalances, and other information important in developing a strength and conditioning program tailored specifically for your needs. This information is critical for beginning any type of exercise routine, and you get it free!
Private One-On-One Sessions
Personalized program designed for each individual's needs, nutritional consultation, cardiovascular fitness consultation, and constant monitoring of form to reduce the risk of injury. Each Session lasts approximately one hour.
Semi-Private Sessions
After completing five Private One-on-One Sessions you may be ready to participate in group sessions of 2-3 persons. If you and your friends or family members are interested in Semi-Private Training Sessions you must first develop some basic skills and body awareness. This provides for equal attention to all clients and reduced risk for injury.
Massage Therapy
Body feeling run-down? Had a tough week? Sometimes your muscles just need some TLC. Relax and recover during a one hour session of massage therapy. A combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, and therapeutic massage is just what you need. Unwind in a private room with relaxing sounds and just let the stress melt away. |
